The group has proven highly popular and the registered users of the PR Digest grows weekly. The PR Digest is a companion to the Network and its updates may be accessed as a daily digest, individual e-mails, or just by visiting the site.

The SFPR Network sponsors networking events at South Florida businesses, where members may get together to enjoy round table discussions of how to promote industries in various fields and to make new contacts and to visit with friends.

The Network and its Daily Digest also provide valuable job support services for both seasoned practitioners and entry level candidates. Members of the digest are welcome to post their resumes, request for new hires, and search for business contacts.

The directory services of the Network are paid for placements and do not necessarily reflect the endorsement or opinion of the group and its moderator. However, it is a great place to search for area talent. While not completely inclusive of all area businesses and practitioners, those listed are screened for number of years in business as well as other factors before being posted to the site.

SFPRN is a subsidary of Ms. Hamburger's own consulting practice, On Call PR and is maintained as her busy schedule permits. Hamburger is also an adjunct marketing professor and writer and works to help promote her clients that include businesses in the events industry, health, and non-profits.
