Jumbo Shrimps, Oysters on the Half Shell
and Historic South Beach Hot Spot...
A Fish Called Avalon Provides SFPRN
a Very Special Holiday Event!
December 2008 ―
FANTASTIC! Ask anyone who
dropped in for our December SFPRN holiday social at the historic South Beach hot
spot, A Fish Called Avalon. Our host was over-the-top gracious
to our group. Executive Chef Brian Cantrell provided unlimited
trays of jumbo shrimp, oysters on the half shell, crab cakes, 2-for-1 drinks,
and more!
City Search dropped in and "Thanks!" to Wakeelah
Abdullah for taking over the mic and going on air. Have no idea when
the segment will be on the City Search site, but if anyone ever comes across it,
let us know.
It was such a pleasure to meet many new and familiar faces that included Miami
Herald staff writer Carlie Teproff; Angie Moncada,
Managing Director with (Add)ventures; Azure Events Production President,
Robin Preston; Compendium's Principal Terra Smith, and
all the other SFPRN's that were able to drop by.
